Thinking about all the changes to come, wow a lot of work ahead.

Sir and I were talking about pagan groups, and how a lot of them don’t work out for  various reasons.  A lot  fade out of exsistence because the people that actually get stuff done burn out because no one supports them .  Some die because the membership grows older and there isn’t enough “new blood” coming in to replace them .  Its something as pagans we need to think about, the concept of new members to replace those that retire, move, lose interest etc, we should be inspired to get the next generation interested in what we believe in, get them involved, listen to their ideas that are coming from a different perspective. Teach them what we know and our experiences but also learn from them what they want to learn and what inspires them to get involved
